It is virtually impossible to create a meaningful love relationship without first loving yourself. Your first order of business, whether you are in a relationship or not, is to put yourself first and to love yourself fully.

When you love yourself properly, you are able to love someone else. When you do not, love turns into need. You start looking for something outside of yourself, and that never works.

This class is an invitation to return to yourself and build love from a solid place.

Community Nights (From $5) — Led by senior facilitators. More open format: Q&A, group work, and sharing. A great low-commitment way to experience the work. Community Nights are live-only with no replays.

You'll receive an email with the Zoom link 24 hours before each class you're registered for. All classes start at 8:00 PM Eastern (EST/EDT) — that's 5 PM Pacific, 7 PM Central, 1 AM GMT. We recommend joining 5 minutes early to get settled.
